I went to the same link site and played the first video and switched to 720 the resolution and play back works just tine. And I am using FF59.0.2x64 on Windows 10 pro FCU 1709.
I forgot write what I work on Win8.1 system. And FF59.0.2 with 32bit technology. Maybe downloading 64bit and try it again...
Hi, since no information was sent about extensions or video card drivers I would suggest you reinstall your video card drivers as by your description that would match to a issue with drivers.
Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
Sorry, but reinstalation Mozzila and reinstalation graphic card driver not solved my problem. Still same result. I have laptop ACER Aspire E1-532, graphic card is Intel HD Graphic - no more identities, OS Win8.1 64bit. Any other question or things to try?
I try find a newest drivers for GC on Intel site, but I ROFL. Neverending turns on circle. Most new drivers is not for my GC, installation ended with error reply. And try to get a support to Intel is another circle of neverends. Try this, try other, but dont bother us... Have some a other idea before I get out that Win8.1 and get in a some better and user comfortable OS?
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/80939/Graphics-Drivers, but you may have to know what generation chipset you are using. CPU-Z would tell you this https://www.cpuid.com/ Can also try : https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html
As I write upper, I try get newest drivers from Intel support page, but Intel software cannot recognize my type of graphic card. Dont know why, but I have some little suspect about producer of my laptop, ACER, do something with chipset what avoided recognized exact type of GC. Thanks for effort, but I resigned on that problem and resigned on that old OS. From new week I try find some type of better OS. I be satisfied when working with Mozzila and VLC. Dont need more. I think about some type of LINUX. Thanks everybody again.
@Martin_Mackenny, check with the laptop manufacture site to find their latest drivers for your laptop as well.
