I can't login to citi.com with Firefox 83.0 64bit. OS is Windows 10 64bit. I have no trouble logging in using Chrome. I've been using Firefox for years with no trouble signing into citi.com until this problem showed up a few months ago. I've tried clearing the cache and doing a clean install of Firefox, but still have the same problem.

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

I think I found the problem. After starting Firefox in safe mode, I was able to log into all of my accounts. The two I was having the most problems with were citi.com and myatt.com. I've been running an extension called Privacy Possum. When I disabled this extension I had access to my logins. After deleting Privacy Possum from MS Edge, I also have acess to my accounts through that browser also. I did not have Privacy Possum installed in Chrome. I have since deleted Privacy Possum because I was unable to modify the settings. I wanted to wait several days before responding to make sure the problem stayed fixed and wasn't a coincidence.

I want to thank everyone for their help in solving this problem. I've been fighting this problem for several months, and with your help, it was solved in about an hour.
