log in to my bank online
I can log in to my bank online in Chrome, but not Firefox. Whereas there was never a problem before with Firefox. Did the recent Update in Firefox cause this?? I want to use Firefox to log in to my bank as before. Thank you.

Hi, I don't think we have enough information yet to help you resolve this. Does the bank site display a message -- for example, it says wrong password or unknown user, or it says Firefox is no longer supported -- or is the problem that it just reloads and says nothing, or do you get a blank page, etc.?
Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?
There is no error message. I click the tab in FiREFOX which opens my bank's website page as before. I then enter my user # and then a password as per usual. Then I click LOG IN. At that point a small rotating circle appears, as per usual, as it tries to log in, but nothing happens and the small circle then disappears. I called my bank and they said there is probably a technical issue with FIREFOX and to try Chrome instead. I did that and there was no problem logging in with CHROME browser.
