I am filling out a Russian visa and when I try to open the file to print it, the message is cfm file and I am asked to find an application to open it but none will.
The visa file keeps downloading to print or save but I cannot open it. A box opens asking me to select an application in order to open the cfm file.

I suggest you contact whatever authorities you need in order to get paperwork that you can fill out manually, or alert the administrator of the web server handling the visa application. Thank you. It happens intermittently. Russia now requires online visa applications but the website is extremely problematic. I expect the tourism rate to drop as I have filled out the voluminous app multiple times and I am about to give up.
