Will not let me goto another page on sites. goes to google.com
When i bring up a page such as walmart.com. it opens the home page, when i want to go to another dept to look at items. it brings up blank page and automatically goes to www.google.com. this happens with a lot of my pages. why wont it load page I want to see.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
