Download history box is empty

The following screenshot demonstrates the problem; the downloads tab is empty while clicking on the downloads icon brings up a small box containing elements of the downloads history. You can see just behind that small box that the list of downloads is empty.

Did you check for problems caused by the All-in-One Sidebar 0.7.20 extension?

Does it work properly on the about:downloads page?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.

There is a 0.7.21 version of AiOS available. To get the update, you can use the gear button on the Add-ons page. Either:

  • Ctrl+Shift+a
  • orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons

In the left column, click Extensions. Above the list, gear button > Check for Updates.
