On my Windows 8 PC, I try and watch some Youtube videos. They are blocked by Youtube's safety mode. This does not happen in my other browser. I believe that it is because of Microsoft Family Safety, but I am not sure. Is there any way to circumvent this?

If I understand it, Family Safety turns on Prefer:Safe, which turns on all the things that it turns on. So the only way I can disable Safety Mode is to disable Family Safety?
