When reading a long email, leaving the tab and coming back makes the body reset to the start of the document and you have to find your place again.

If reading a long email (So far mostly HTML but I'm sure it would happen with a long text mail) if you leave the tab to read another mail, when returning to the tab the email has reset itself to the top of the document.

It'd be nice if it stickied to where you were when you left off reading. Is there a setting or if not, could this be coded to be sticky.

Thanks T-bird is still the best.

It's a long-standing nuisance, and the only workaround I know is to open a message in a window (not tab), so that the scrollbar position is remembered if you switch to another window. Right-click a message, Open Message in New Window.
