Quite simply, I never used the bookmark star on the right hand side of the page, so it was never of any use to me. I would like to get back to how it used to be in ver 33.0. I am not interested in Smart bookmarks, I used to manage very well without it. I am going mad now. I used to click bookmarks on the menu bar and see my folders straight away and then choose where to go. I am not interested in the new upgrage that does not benefit me at all. How do i go back to having it the original way, please help me. I am forever clicking now to get a simple bookmark, is this what they call inovation, .....help me.

You can click the folder icon next to the star to open a list with the bookmarks.

You can tap the Alt key or press F10 to show the Menu Bar or have the menu bar visible all the time.

  • "3-bar" Firefox menu button > Customize > Show/Hide Toolbars
  • View > Toolbars
Tap the Alt key or press F10 to show the Menu Bar
  • Right-click empty toolbar area
