After upgrading to FF35 when first prompted to upgrade to "Check your plugins" no longer shows my plugins or their statuses.

If I re-install FF34 "Check your plugins" works as expected. Re-upgrading to FF35 results in "Check your plugins" no longer working again

Any ideas how to resolve?

I have same issue too, I updated or even tried other versions of flash but I believe this issue is not about flash.
