When I try to see Chase Bank Statements, endless blank browser pages open until forced to quit.
Chase told me that there was a browser problem like some piece of malware. I used Mac's Disk Utility and verified and repaired things. I deleted all Firefox files, and downloaded the entire program again, reinstalled it, and the same situation happened. What is there left to do? I can see my statements using Chrome.

Are you able to see any secure pages? Maybe there is a problem with loading encrypted sites? http://kb.mozillazine.org/Error_loading_secure_sites https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Secure+Connection+Failed
You get tabs opening endlessly if you select the Firefox program to handle a file when you get an "Open with" dialog.
Rename (or delete) the mimeTypes.rdf file in the Firefox profile folder to reset all file actions.

You can use this button to go to the currently used Firefox profile folder:
