Well a good start might be to look at the message headers, but you have to click on the email to select it to do that. But seriously even if you identify the source of the email (an IP address) then what? Spammers often use legitimate email addresses on their mail. Makes it look more genuine. Same goes for scammers. What is in the replyto header might disclose the email they really use. But it to might only be active for 24 hours to catch the marks and move on.

Basically perhaps the best thing you can do is delete it and get on with your life. Your powerless to do anything very constructive with the message you have is the bottom line
