I keep getting this message when following a link on Kobo.
I bookmarked a page on Kobo and when I click on that link it takes me to the page I want but every time I try to follow the link any other way I get the error message "We're sorry, but your browser is not supported. Please try again using one of these." One of these is Firefox which I have updated and refreshed twice yet still keep getting the same message.

Clear the cache and remove cookies only from websites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
It it possible that the page was originally requested by sending a form with specific POST data that may no longer be valid.
Does this also happen if you start with the main (home) page of the side and navigate to that page?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

You can remove all data stored in Firefox from a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History > Show All History" or "View > Sidebar > History") or via the about:permissions page.
Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox from that domain like bookmarks, cookies, passwords, cache, history, and exceptions, so be cautious. If you have a password or other data from that domain that you do not want to lose then make sure to backup this data or make a note.
You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of the involved files.
If you revisit a 'forgotten' website then data from that website will be saved once again.

OK, it seems the problem only exists if I try to open the link in my Word doc. I've asked others to check the link for me and it works. I've opened the page fine using my FF bookmark. I've cleared the cache more than once. So problem seems to be confined to when I try to follow the link from M/S Word. Never come across this problem before.
