I can't find button to send a new e-mail? Where is it?
On the old e-mail format I just presses"New" and got a blank page to send an e-mail. What do I do now?

Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.
If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.
