Firefox ver 43 doesn't say if Norton Identity Safe is working with it?

Will this problem be solved in VERY near future? I'm going to switch to another browser if Mozilla & Norton don't fix it soon! I am not interested in who is at fault, but Identity Safe is VERY important to me and it works with other browsers so Mozilla you will loose users if you don't help get this fixed!!!!

You avoided telling me that it was not supported in previous versions, and allowed users update and assumed it would be. You are now continuing that pattern and I've had enough. This is unfortunate, because you have the best browser in my estimate till this problem. As others have said without Norton Identity Safe your product is useless to me!
