Hi there,

I have multiple computers syncing Firefox bookmarks, history, tabs, preferences, add-ons, etc using Firefox Sync. Any way to disconnect/remove all of these items from a computer, REMOTELY?

Imagine a scenario where I lose my job and lose access to the computer which has all of the aforementioned items synced. Changing password only prevents future changes to propagate from main computer. All existing bookmarks, history, tabs, add-ons, preferences are still on that browser, which is not desirable. Is this it? My employer gets to go through that?

If you worry about this scenario then you shouldn't use Sync to sync your personal data but possibly keep this data on a removable USB stick or maybe use the portable Firefox version with its own profile folder.

Thank you, I am new to Firefox (Chrome user). Seems like portable Firefox is the solution for me.
