This only happens with 1 email address I have. When I go to send email a window pops up and says >> Login to server smtpout.secureserver.net failed > I click to add password. In the image I attached I enter password and put check in box to remember. Later that day the same thing happens. While that email is still waiting to be sent I login to GoDaddy and enter the password in the setup and save. Go back to ThunderBird and click send and it sends OK. This happens every time I get this message and login to GoDaddy.

I have not deleted that email and recreated it with the password. Not sure if that will help.

This has been happening for time to time for the last few weeks. A few times a day. Most of the time the email is sent without issues.

Thanks for your help.

I'd suggest you talk to GoDaddy. When you can send messages most of the time your server settings should be good.

Chris, Thanks for your note. I spoke with GoDaddy before I submitted my issue here. He said it wasn't them. I thought it would be them especially when I did the following.

While that email is still waiting to be sent I logged in to GoDaddy and entered the same password in the email setup and saved. Then go back to ThunderBird and click send and it sends that message OK.
