I get a message sometimes to restart the browser for changes. It appears totally randomly, doesn't matter what website is open at the time. Why does this happen, is it a bug? I have also noticed Orfox doing it.

I use these addons, if they could be the reason: https everywhere, ublock origin, disable webrtc.
