Please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
  2. Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.

Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.

(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)

FredMcD is suggesting that you look for updated video /graphics drivers.

That atidxx32.dll is flagged in all 5 of those crash reports as precipitating each of those crashes.

I have an AMD Radeon HD 6700 graphics card, Windows 7-64-bit. Will this update you've recommended work with this card? I've checked my graphics card software for updates and it's telling me I have the current update:

[Driver Packaging Version - 15.20.1062.1003-150728a1-187447C Catalyst Version - 15.7.1 AMD Catalyst Control Center Version - 2015.0728.2244.39078]

If yes I can upgrade, would AMD Radeon Software Crimson Edition 16.3.2.be correct?

I wanted to verify this before doing any upgrading. Thanks much. Karen

hi, the shutdown crash at hand most likely won't be related to you graphics driver whatsoever.
