I am trying to upload images to my email. Chrome wont do it, so I just uploaded Foxfire. I can send emails, but when I try to reply, reply all, or forward, or edit and send again, the new email window is blank. The content is not transferring to the new email to resend. Is there a format I am missing? I am on a Windows 10 home system 64 bit

Appreciate any hints

Rick

Hi   !
Let's give this a try:
Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

See   "Creating a profile":

https://support.mozilla.org/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles

http://kb.mozillazine.org/Standard_diagnostic_-_Firefox#Profile_issues

If the new profile works then you can transfer some files from an existing profile to the new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.

If this doesn't do the the trick, we will have to keep looking   ......
