I use Dragon Naturallyspeaking 15 professional and although it installs correctly, when I run firefox, it tells me I need to install the addon. I go through the process of accepting I want to install it but it says it cant install and blocks the addon. I have tried several times now and it does not want to allow Dragon to install and I need to use Dragon so I can get the best out of my computer.

I am using the latest addon, which comes directly from the dragon website, but to no avail. I expect I'll get the "its not secure and needs updating" response or similar, as I am continually getting messages about other plugins and so called vulnerabilities, and I do often wonder why I continue to use firefox. If this cant be sorted out and / or the problem continues, I'll just have to uninstall firefox and use another browser.

Hi

A change was made a while back to make downloading add-ons for Firefox more secure. As part of this, Firefox will block you from downloading add-ons from outside of the add-on site.

The only two fixes hat I know of to let this through could potentiality weaken your devices security. Instead I recommend you contact the developers of the software that you are using for support with this issue.
