The System Details list shows you run an older Firefox 28 version that is no longer supported with security updates.

Please update to the current Firefox 56.0.2 release.

If you updated then you need to update until you are at the current release because there are intermediate versions required to update your profile properly.

You can check for problems with the places.sqlite database (bookmarks and history) in the Firefox profile folder.
