Have just installed the "new" firefox. What I see is an empty white page, can't open a new tab, can't go to options, can't even close the Window. Tried to restart firefox, and the same thing happens. Tried to compatibility mode, administrator. Nothing changes. Oh, by the way, it's a clean installation. What should I do?

You know, I might have fixed it. Since yesterday I'm having no issues. The thing is: My PC is x64. But, running FF x32 seems to fix all my problems. I don't know why, nor whats happening here. But that seems to do the trick. FF x32, even if my pc is x64, at least it is working.

Do the uninstall this way and the install with Full Version : uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(x86) Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 57.0.2 with a Full Version Installer https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
