Isisombululo esikhethiwe

Hi TBlack,

Your system details show that you have a very old Firefox version installed ....

As you're using plugins, you need the ESR version - you can downwload the latest Firefox ESR version (in your preferred language) from here :

https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/organizations/all/

If you aren't using plugins other than Flash then you can update to the regular Firefox version.

Hi TBlack, where did you download from? For your security, please avoid unofficial download sites and always go through the software publisher's site (in this case, https://www.mozilla.org/).

See my post, where I advised the OP to download from here :

Just because there are bunch of various NPAPI Plugins installed on system (not in Firefox) and they have been detected by the old Firefox 43.0 does not mean the OP is actually even using some of them. Some of those Plugins are just extras that gets installed on system by related software. You can see where they are located in about:plugins

There is no Flash Player in details which is has been one of the most used of all NPAPI Plugins in last years.

And by ESR it has to be 32-bit Firefox 52 ESR for Windows as Win64 (64-bit for Windows) only allows the 64-bit Flash Player and Silverlight to run. The upcoming Firefox 60 ESR will only allow one NPAPI Plugin to run, the Flash Player Plugin from Adobe. Note the bottom of mentioned https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/npapi-plugins article.

@ James :

I told the OP :

" As you're using plugins, you need the ESR version "

Up to the OP to say that he/she does not use those plugins (in which case I would have advised otherwise).

Well as I noted you not only need the 52 ESR but also the 32-bit version for Windows version as the page lists both 32-bit and 64-bit (Win64) Firefox for Windows and the OP has 64-bit Windows.
