Once there was a check mark arrow once I replied to a new incoming email. No longer see that happening. Frustrating to have to check and see if there is an email in the sent folder.

The replied arrow seems to come and go with some accounts and not others, which suggests it's an issue with the mail provider. A quick way to see if a reply has been made is to right-click the message, Open Message in Conversation.

I see what you mean. I have one email that marks as replied to and another that does not. Once every email address I have showed when an email was replied to. Can this be fixed in mail.bizname.com

If the IMAP server doesn't recognize the Replied marker, I don't think there's anything you can do in TB to fix this. Past advice suggests the arrows can be restored by right-clicking the folder Properties, Repair Folder, which rebuilds the folder's index file. But I haven't had much success doing this with my own accounts.
