Dear Sirs migration from Apple Mail to TB does not work as only an empty folder is created - what can I do?

I have installed TB 60, but when I go to Tools-->Import-->Mail and next a folder is created (empty) and TB is telling me that "No mailboxes were found to import".

How do I import successfully into TB, from Apple Mail?

Mail.app exports mail to an .mbox file that contains the actual mbox file that can be imported to TB:
