when i right click on something, mainly to copy and paste an annoying dialog box stating "undefined" appears. I click ok to dismiss the warning or whatever that is, then I right click or ctr c again, the same box pops up again this time thankfully with an option that says "do not show this again" or something to that effect. How can I get rid of that?

I managed to recreate it, however now its displaying something in Russian, I can only assume its the same message. It should be english.

This issue can be caused by an extension that isn't working properly.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is is causing the problem.

  • switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Appearance
  • do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window
