I've been trying to get emails from a certain domains for over a month now, over 5 emails have allegedly been sent, and there are no emails in my inbox. Wondering how I can unblock this domain name and receive emails from it. Thanks

Log into your email account at your email providers webmail site. Are the missing messages there? Maybe in a Spam folder. Messages have to make it into your account on your providers server before Thunderbird can download or display them.
