After the update to v60.4 the calendar is not on a separate tab in Thunderbird.

I followed the instructions here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/calendar-updates-issues-thunderbird The first article deals with Lightning disappears after a Thunderbird update.

I restarted Thunderbird, and there was still no calendar, but it still appeared in the Add Ons with the option to Remove or Disable.

So I clicked Remove again, and restarted Thunderbird, and now the Add On is not available at all.

I haven't gone any further.

Hello, thanks for the response.

I was able to create a new profile and copy all the information based on the above support post. However, I still have no Lightning.

I try to install the Lightning add-on from within Thunderbird, but the message on the Lightning screen says "This add-on is not compatible with your version of Thunderbird".

I am using Thunderbird 60.4.0 (32-bit).

Additional information:

I have now noticed that Lightning is back in the AddOn Manager, Extensions. It wasn't there after I completed the support article the second time (see original post).

So, I worked though the support procedure "Lightning disappears after a Thunderbird update" again, but still with no success.

I restart Thunderbird, and there is no Lightning, although it is still listed in Add On Manager, Extensions.

Sorry for the continual posts ...

I recreated the profile again ... and now I have calendar data.

I still don't know why I was receiving the message that "This add-on (Lightning) is not compatible with your version of Thunderbird", but the main thing is that I have the calendar information back again.

Thanks for your help.
