I had no problem with the link.
There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connection certificates and send their own.

If I try
I get this when I click the Advanced button on the error page:
Error code: SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER
When I put it into this test site:
https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=www.esic.in&latest
The report indicates there is an incomplete certificate chain, meaning the site certificate cannot be tracked back to a root certificate trusted by Firefox. This is why Firefox considers it to have an "unknown issuer."
We regularly see issues reported with the esic website. Even with the correct root certificate installed this website doesn't work.
