I have two different email addresses for the same person both of which are in my Contact file. When I try to send an email to the person typing in their name, only one of the email address shows up. How do I get both email addresses to show up so that I can select the appropriate address to send the email?

I've tried deleting the contact and retyping all information but when I do that, the suggested email addresses that show up are still the old deleted contact information and not the new information just entered.

Address autocomplete searches all address books, so the old contact is probably in Collected Addresses.

There are no contacts in the Collected Addresses file. The second email address still shows up when I type in the person's name even though the first email address is the only one that shows up in the Contact file. I've also checked in the All Addresses folder and the 2nd email address does not show up in the folder.

If you search the address book for the old address, does it appear in the results, so it can be deleted? If it doesn't, you could try creating a new address book, then copy the contacts in the old one by drag and drop, while holding Ctrl, then Help/Troubleshooting, Profile Folder, Open Folder, close TB, rename abook.sqlite to abook.sqlite.old. When TB restarts, a new, empty Personal Address Book is created, so you can move the contacts from the address book created in the first step back to PAB by drag and drop. Then, see if the obsolete contact still appears in autocomplete.
