Hacked account
I have another account under a different email address that I haven’t logged into in over 10 months, I believed that email has been compromised as well as the fire fox account. What actions do I need to take to remedy this, do I delete the account, do you need to delete the account, do I report to authorities? Please advise……I had three phones hacked last year including one of them possibly two that had additional partition set up in them. I believe my identity has been compromised and up until now I haven’t really known what to do or what course of action to take as I believe I know exactly who compromised my account. The compromised email was [email address]. The original phone numberThat was set up with the account was [phone number] but this phone was stolen over a year ago when I was robbed at gunpoint. The person who essentially compromise my account was either using a Chromebook or a Lenovo computer with Linux operating system’s. Not sure if that helps so please advise

Hi
I have removed your email address and phone number from your question for your privacy and security.
I strongly recommend that you change your email password and the password used to access your Firefox Account. In both cases, I also recommend an additional layer of security called "2 factor authentication".
In respect of your email address, please contact your email service provider who should help you to set this up.
In respect of your Firefox Account, this article should help:
