Hi, i work in a company, using software to send email to clients. This software utilizes thunderbird to send email via smtp. Due to smtp delay when sending, software stucks until message goes to sent folder. My question is: Is there any way to tell thunderbird to send every email with delay, sending first to outbox?

File menu > offline > work offline

Or

Send using ctrl+ shift+enter instead to invoke send later.

The first is the easiest as it requires no software changes. just setting the online status before and after the mail is sent.

@Matt, This actually works for sending individual emails. But, for sending emails via software during all day, it is not practical. Is there any addon/configuration for automatically put every email in outbox and send after x minutes?'
