When double clicking on an email msg in Outlook, Firefox opens a new pop up screen, but it is blank. Using EDGE (and with same add ons), and doing the same thing, it works and am able to see my email message. How come Firefox doesn't do same?

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
