I was trying to archive all my 2021 emails. I created an archive "2021" then highlighted all the emails I wanted to keep then hit control x and they all disappeared from my inbox but now I cant find them I tried contol v but no luck They are not in my trash either? Help

Ctrl+X.... that is cut, so only a paste would bring them back. Or a Ctrl+Z to undo.

Why did you not just archive them (a) or press the archive button.
