that forder name is local forders path: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\94wh6geg.default-release\Mail\Local Folders

i was connect Thunderbird as my account but local forders is empty

The C:\Users\username\AppData folder is NOT kept in its original location when you reset Windows 10 and choose the option to keep your files. It gets moved to the C:\Windows.old folder, so look in C:Windows.old\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\94wh6geg.default-release\Mail\Local Folders

To restore Thunderbird data as it was before the reset, copy C:Windows.old\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird to C:Windows\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird
