Hi, Bookmarks are a feature of your Firefox browser and they store links to web pages locally. Firefox only shares bookmarks with other installations of Firefox connected to the same Firefox Account (for example, on an iPad or Android device).

Pocket is a web-based service you can access using any browser and a wide range of devices.

It's your choice which one you want to use and if you aren't trying to access the articles with a different program or device, the differences would not be very noticeable.
