After updating to the latest version of Thunderbird, I am having all kinds of problems with emails displaying and downloading. When I click on emails, it often does not update and is still showing the previously selected email. I do not think they are downloading emails correctly. I get weird activity in the activity window (attached) and Thunderbird is often unresponsive. When it is responsive, it is also not showing any inline image or HTML style emails either. Not sure why that is either.

It has taken nearly 30 minutes to index these few messages and it is still going.
