What did you do exactly to make the message appear?
Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?
Were you trying to fill the form on that page ?
Not sure what you mean - I simply clicked on thelink, or pasted in the website address and the message came up.

What languages for website do you have and what is preferred in case your language isn't supported ?
The second language setting in Settings is about the preferred languages for webpages.
