I have several e-mail accounts active and all have a tree folder structure so that I can categories customers by letter then surname.

Incoming emails are sent to inbox and once dealt with I drag and drop them into their customer folder.

The set up has worked well for many years.

HOWEVER I have (only) one account where this activity has suddenly stop being available. When I drag and drop an e-mail from the inbox folder to another folder seconds later it just bounces back to the inbox. I have deleted the e-mail account and re-instated it and checked for latest updates etc rebooted etc I have no add-ons running.

The account and its associated folders are quite large ! Andy ideas ?
