I have recently encountered problems on a couple of websites involving updating account data and ordering. I had trouble signing in to one account and then updating that account - the webpage just wouldn't respond. In another case I was trying to complete an order and again it just wouldn't work. My solution in both cases was to switch to Chrome where everything worked normally. So, is Firefox incompatible with some process that webpages use for account managment and ordering?

Some sites as such have strict security login check on the Browser and if Firefox doesn't have the security they are checking for it will not allow Firefox to login. Did you check what happens if you use Edge/Chrome/Safari if those does anything different?

You are implying that Firefox is not as secure when it is just as secure if not more so compared to the closed source Edge and Chrome browsers.
