I have Windows 7 64 bit. On my website I have an animated banner which works OK with IE8 but not with Firefox. I have checked Plugins and I have Shockwave Flash 10.1.53.64 and Shockwave for Director installed. The Adobe test page shows no problem.

Can you post a link? Is animation in that banner done with Flash or JavaScript or Marquee?

You didn't post a plugins list, so I can't check if you have Java installed.

In Firefox 3.6 and later versions you need the Next-Generation Java™ Plug-In (Linux: libnpjp2.so; Windows: npjp2.dll) present in Java 6 U10 and later.
