Hi Support

I have a new desktop computer running Win 7, 64 bit. When I use Firefox version 3.6.8 to display my website it displays all out of alignment. If I use IE 8.0 it displays fine. If I use my laptop which runs Win XP the site displays fine with both IE 8.0 and Firefox. I therefore assume there maybe a problem with Win 7, 64 bit and Firefox working properly together. Is there a solution available to help solve this problem or do I have to wait until Firefox is released in a 64 bit version?

Reset the page zoom on websites that look wrong: "View > Zoom > Reset" (Ctrl + 0 (zero))

See http://kb.mozillazine.org/Zoom_text_of_web_pages

If you increased the minimum font size then try a lower setting (default is none) as a too high value can cause issues like you described.

Hi cor-el

Thank you so much for helping with this issue. I decreased the minimum font size from 12 to 10 and that fixed the problem.

I can not believe how simple this was. Over an hour of troubleshooting and wasting my time and the answer was to reset my view. Why is this answer not posted as number one on search engines?????????
