Crash Reason EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION_READ
I have read through all the forum messages and KB articles but cannot find a solution. I have removed and reinstalled both FF and TB. Everything worked perfectly for many years and for several weeks after the latest upgrades but now I cannot load either FF or TB on my main desktop machine.

It would help if you could tell which module causes the crash. This information is contained in the Technical Data section of the crash report that Windows asks you to upload to Microsoft Online Crash Analysis. Or does Firefox handle the crash itself?
Firefox thru Crash Reporter
I had this issue with with this in the 5th of this month and also the 7th of this month and both times I was on Pogo, going to play a game. It does not give an extension or module causing the crash. Firefox sent the error through their crash reporter. What could have caused this is beyond me.
