I have 2 extensions that have an exclamation mark over the icon and a red background. The uninstall button is dimmed. How do I remove them?

Both extensions are from CA (Computer Associates). They worked with the CA Security Suite. The Security Suite was problematic and was partially remove on line by CA. I manually removed more of the program through the control panel > program add or remove programs.

A screenshot will be very useful. To take the screenshot, open Firefox Addons Manager, click Extensions. Now press Windows Key+Print screen OR Windows Key+Prt SC. ( PrtSc. key is for laptops). A screenshot will be taken. Open MS Paint. Click Edit menu and Paste. Save the file and upload it here.
