The new firefox appears to be a copy of GC with a large yahoo advert, it appears slower a far less user friendly, all the reasons i started using firefox have been taken away with this version, is there anyway to revert back to older version? I cant even find the option to bookmark multiple tabs, when i open a new page with media content it begins to play right away which was a very annoying WE feature, and the layout looks like its knocking off GC.

Why have you ruined such a good product.

Go to Tools | Add-ons | Plugins and disable: Yahoo Application State Plugin version 1.0.0.7 Also in the Add-ons page, check in the Extensions menu and remove any Yahoo apps you find.

If you want to revert to an older version, go to Download Firefox v3.6.16

Then go to Add/Remove Programs, scroll down to Mozilla Firefox and remove it, choosing to keep your bookmarks, customizations etc., (don't checkmark the box).

Then reboot and delete the folder called Mozilla Firefox at this location: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox

Then run the installation file you downloaded.

Finally, go to the Plugins Check page just in case any of them have been updated in the meantime.
