The wording on taskbar button which is located at the bottom of the screen should show the name of the website, but if the website is not in English, say in Chinese, the wording will not appear in Chinese, but instead shows in several question marks.

Make sure that you have installed East Asian language support:

I don't think the reply above will solve the problem because I have installed the East Asian language. And the problem only happens in Firefox only and does not happen in internet explorer.

In that case there may be a problem with the font that is used to display that text and you may need to reinstall that font or select another font in the Windows advanced display settings.
