My browser does not look like the picture Fire button at top of left hand corner is missing. Isn't that the way for a pull down menu to show up with things we are able to do. It's missing help and thanks

Can you see the menu bar? File Edit View, etc.? The orange button appears if you hide the menu bar. Just right-click next to it and uncheck it from the drop-down. Then you can display the menu bar by pressing F10.
