See http://www.2-spyware.com/remove-trojanbnk-win32-keylogger-gen.html

You can remove it by downloading Malwarebytes from http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free

However, the rogue app may prevent you from accessing that site. If that's the case, download it on another computer and then put the file on a USB stick.

There's also a possibility that the rogue AV will recognize the Malwarebytes setup file and will try to prevent it from running. To workaround that possibility, rename the file from mbam-setup-1.50.1.1100.exe to something else. It doesn't matter what, you can use your own name if you want to, so rename it to rscott.exe.

I have malware on my computer, but it won't let me access it. I don't have another computer to download it to & know nothing about usb sticks. Can I purchase a stick with it on there & install it that way?

No, USB sticks are sold blank. But they're cheap and only cost about $5 for a 2GB one. This is what they look like: USB drive It's just a storage medium like your hard drive, but one you can take with you wherever you go.

Can you not download it at work, or on a friend's computer? Then all you need to do is to insert the USB drive into a USB port on the other computer and then copy the malwarebytes file onto it, take it home and do the same with your own. Copy it from there onto the Windows desktop and then double click to install.

Thank you. I'm surely going to try it.
