No squint acess greyed out on some sites

On some sites the right mouse button access is greyed out and the site is at the default zoom. Consequently I cannot set a zoom level requiring manual zoom every thime the site is opened.

Why is this and how can I set a zoom level for those sites

Go to the add-on download link @ https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/nosquint/ You'll see the support option for the add-on on the right hand side of the page.

I cannot find any help for this problem in the support section suggested in the reply.
